Does my company really pay all of those?
If your employees are formally registered (which is mandatory for any company with at least 1 worker earning more than the minimum wage), then yes. The four programs — Kesehatan, JKK, JKM, JHT, JP — are all required. Tax penalties for non-registration start at 0.1% per day of delay.
What about non-fixed allowances and bonuses?
